GrowChinook Model

We have a Graphic User Interface for a linked visual foraging and bioenergetics model aimed at exploring growth potential of reservoir rearing juvenile Chinook Salmon. 

Details on the underlying models (Stewart and Ibarra 1991, Gregory and Northcote 1993, Hanson et al. 1997, Beauchamp et al. 1999, and Deslauriers et al. 2017), parameter values, data inputs are available in our CJFAS publication:
